Some things we carry without ever having chosen them: a melody from childhood, the rhythm of a city we left behind, the idiosyncrasy of a language that still dreams in us. This program traces the contours of an artistic identity that thrives at the intersection of these two worlds. The first half rises from the land that made me, from songs and dances my hands knew before my mind did. The second maps what I found on the other side of the ocean: sound worlds that passed through me and never left. Between them lies only the silence of an intermission, a pause I offer you as an invitation to turn inward, to reflect on the things you cherish and that define you, and to ask yourself: where do I go from here?

The concert will feature quintenssential works of the standard repertoire by Scriabin,Villalobos,Debussy as well as new works by Pauchi Sasaki, Camille Pepin and Andrea Casarrubios.
